Welcome to our annual ISA International Sign Expo Post-Show Wrap-Up eBook. Contained in these pages are all the new product announcements and news that were highlighted and showcased at ISA Expo 2010 in Orlando, FL, April 7-10.
Our goal for this eBook was to provide one of the most comprehensive wrap-ups of the ISA Sign Expo 2010 and to present a resource all year long of all the new products which came to market during the show. We’ve tried to keep the organization simple, opening with news that broke during the show along with new equipment installations announced on the show floor. Our "Overview" feature gets a snapshot of how exhibitors felt about the show and the trends they saw—and reports on the results of our quick poll about the hottest products at the show. Next, we focus on the various product categories on display—from printers to inks and consumables to finishing and software products—highlighting the new products that were on the show floor this year.
And to keep things interesting—and multi-media—we brought a videographer with us to capture some of the excitement and activity on the show floor. In addition to partnering with Arlon Inc., Oce North America, and Mutoh America for product-based videos, we also began a five-part Executive Interview video series. Along with the launch of the eBook, the first of the five Executive Interview videos will be available. Over the course of the next four weeks, the other four parts will also be introduced to the market.
Also, you'll notice that the companies and products listed in this eBook also feature a new link to our new Online Buyers' Guide and Product Guide at directory.myprintresource.com. This guide features a comprehensive guide to the companies and products in the graphics arts industry—including the wide- and grand-format market. By clicking any of the links you will have the opportunity to find out more about the product or company listed and even request additional information.
Was the ISA International Sign Expo a success? I think so. Optimism was high—and attendees were buying products, not just kicking tires. I'm very hopeful that the enthusiasm will build throughout 2010 and we can see a marked increase in business and sales.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars! The ISA International Sign Expo 2011 will take place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, April 28-30, 2011.
