Pitney Bowes Highlights Cost-saving Solutions for Mailers

Pitney Bowes (Booth 3601) is showcasing innovative ways mailers can lower their operational costs, make production processes more efficient and enhance the value of their important customer communications. Key technologies on display include the Production Intelligence suite of output management and automated document factory software that can help to streamline workflow. The Pitney Bowes IntelliJet printing systems family can help transactional mailers migrate to digital inkjet printing in monochrome, full color and even MICR to adopt a “white paper” environment that not only eliminates pre-printed forms, but also lets mailers create highly personalized, effective and relevant mail pieces at a lower total cost.

The Mailstream Productivity Series inserting system further supports the white paper environment with in-line innovations that let mailers add personalized inserts and transform white envelopes with on-envelope messages and branding during mail finishing without sacrificing integrity or productivity. For mailers who need the flexibility to process both letters and flats with high integrity, the Mailstream Evolution inserting system’s modular and flexible design can help mailers process a greater range of applications to bring in new and more profitable business. Direct Mailers can view Pitney Bowe’s FlowMaster RS Flex inserting system unique application capabilities including new automated document factory software integration. Whether mailers require comprehensive support or occasional technical expertise, Pitney Bowe’s full-range of ServiceWorks Solutions can help equipment and operation perform their best.
