Screen Makes Printing Fast, Easy and Colorful

“We’ve created two new platforms, the Truepress Jet520ZZ (speeds available include 220 mpm and 150 mpm) and the Truepress Jet520EX Color (64 mpm, 210 fpm),” he said.

The machines are running on-demand at the booth to demonstrate the speed and quality of the printing. “That we are aware of, no one matches the speed of our Truepress Jet520ZZ commercially available color inkjet press,” says Fox.

The Jet520EX delivers full-color variable printing with a more compact footprint designed for customers entering this market. Upgrade paths are going to be available to customers entering the market.

Screen (USA) also announced a comprehensive program to deliver important new package printing technologies to flexographic printers across all markets, including flexible packaging, corrugated, bag and specialty, tag and label printing, as well as commercial printers, in-plant operations and companies looking to diversify and add services and value to their print production offering.

“We think there is a sustainable future in package printing. With the population in the Americas increasing, you’re going to have more products being purchased and more packages needed. We want to become the leaders in the packaging market,” said Fox.
