Ultraflex - Booth #1235

Ultraflex Systems Inc. added several new products to its media lines. In the Front-lit line, SuperPrint Plus FL (formerly JetFlex Plus FL) is a 13 ounce front-lit media, available in matte and gloss finishes and compatible with UV, solvent and screen printers. StripMesh Plus was added to the company’s MESH line. Strip Mesh Plus is available up to 3.2M wide with a PVC backing (for better vacuum adhesion when printing), replacing the previous porous paper-like backer that existed on StripMesh.

Ultraflex developed its specialty line to include Descor; a high-quality, printable textile used in decorative applications which can be mounted in a frame or hung in traditional fashion. This product meets the most stringent industry standards for structural materials including the IMO, M1, B1, NFPA701, CSFM and various other certifications. Ultraflex also offers a wide variety of high-demand PONGS quality textiles such as UltraCanvas Lite C190, UltraCanvas Heavy C285, and UltraCotton C370.

MACtac Graphic Products - Booth #1243

MACtac is expanding its MACmark 8300 Series line of marking films, giving customers 51 stock color options. The intermediate colored vinyl series is available in 48-, 30-, 24-, and 15-inch widths.

MACtac is also launching REBEL, a performance-driven product line specifically designed for digital and screen printers to deliver consistent printability and lay flat. Available in a broad range of multi-print media, the REBEL series offers a versatile and valuable printing platform for indoor and outdoor applications.

Fujifilm Sericol - Booth #1301

Fujifilm Sericol will introduce the Inca Onset S20 UV flatbed printer at SGIA. It delivers POP quality graphics with a wide range of finishes speeds up to 2,690 sqft or 50 full bed sheets per hour. The Inca Onset S20 utilizes Fujifilm Sericol’s UVijet ink and can be configured with standard CMYK colors and a choice of white, light cyan and light magenta or a set of Ultratone colors—orange and violet.

It can be driven by either Wastach or ColorGATE RIP software. An integrated laser scanner enables print density, alignment and the status of the print heads to be monitored on a constant basis and ensures high quality prints throughout a print run.

HumanEyes Technologies - Booths #1301, 1643, 1901

HumanEyes Technologies is unveiling a low cost quick change graphics solution making it easy to support 3D client campaigns with reusable LensFree lenses. HumanEyes makes it now possible to support your clients’ 3D campaigns by imaging to backlit film. No lenticular lens is required. This workflow makes it affordable for every backlit space including retail, airports, menu-boards, subway, bus shelters, trade show graphics, museums, etc.

For clients that already have their own light-boxes and backlit displays, HumanEyes offers custom LensFree retrofitting services for your clients’ lightboxes.

KAPCO Graphic Products - Booth #1448

KAPCO Graphic Products has recently introduced several new water-based inkjet and solvent media to its lines of digital media and laminates. Attendees will be able to learn about products like the Water-Based Inkjet Water-Proof 11 mil Tyvek Banner and 7 mil Gloss White Blockout Film and Solvent PSA 6 mil Matte White Vinyl with Permanent, Removable or Ultra Removable Adhesive and Clear Focus Imaging 60/40 EconoVue, 65/35 PosterVue and 60/40 ReflectVue Window Films. Also, Solvent PSA 3 mil White Vinyl with Air Release Liner and Gray Permanent Adhesive and PSA 3.5 mil Premium White Vinyl with Clear Permanent or Removable Adhesive are now in both gloss and matte finishes.

New products include: KAPCO Sand Mask Stencil and Ultra-Cut II General Purpose or Synthetic Stencil Board-Cut (SSB-Cut) Stencil Materials.

DaVinci Technologies - Booth #1530

DaVinci Technologies is unveiling Enviroboard MR (Moisture Resistant). This ridged, moisture-resistant board is a multi-ply alternative to traditional foamboard and corrugated plastic boards. Printable on two sides for indoor POP upright and hanging sign applications, it’s available in sheets for flatbed UV printing. Enviroboard MR is also 100 percent recyclable and FSC Certified.
