Hartman’s foam centered boards are bonded with a variety of papers that have been developed for specific applications. Standard HartBoard features a smooth, coated finish which offers excellent ink adhesion and silk-screening applications. Hartman ultra rigid foam board, Harty, offers the same surface. HartPlus is Hartman’s all plastic, foam centered board.

Gandinnovations - Booth #1619

The FTR for the 1224 NanoJet2 is the latest addition to the Gandinnovations printer line. The FTR is a factory installed option which fits onto the NanoJet2 and syncs with the print stepping for flatbed and UV roll-to-roll production. Converting from the flatbed to the roll-to-roll option is accomplished by adjusting the vacuum settings.

The FTR prints rolled materials up to eight feet wide using beveled hydraulic pinch rollers that keep all flexible materials stable and centered on both the feed and the rewind for roll-to-roll printing. Rigid materials are held in place on the 1.5mtr x 2.4 meter (4x8-foot) linear printing table with a sectional vacuum throughout the bed. The head carriage system allows for 100 percent accurate dot placement while printing on both flexible and rigid materials.

Océ is featuring the Océ ProCut Digital Cutting Tables and the Océ Arizona 350 XT printer at SGIA.

The Océ ProCut digital cutting solutions include a range of Océ ProCut Digital Cutting Tables and Océ ProCut Software. The tables are suitable for roll media, sheets or rigid substrates up to 1.97 inches thick. Customers can choose from a variety of medium, large, or extra large tables.

The Océ Arizona 350 XT printer is capable of producing rigid prints as large as 98.4 by 120 inches. A White Ink option and a Roll Media option are also available. The extra width of the printer enables it to be used in a continuous imaging mode for rigid media up to 49.2 by 98.4 inches, or a standard 4- by 8-foot board. With the Roll Media Option installed, users can print onto flexible media up to 87 inches wide. It features production print speeds up to 248 square feet per hour on rigid media and up to 188 square feet per hour using the Roll Media Option.

Key Banner Mesh is a 9 ounce material available in roll widths 54 to 98 inches with liner and 126 to 196 inches without. It is 1000 x 1000 denier and 12 x 12 scrim. Key Banner Blockout is a 15 ounce double-sided material. It is available in roll widths 38 to 126 inches, is 250 x 500 denier and 18 x 12 scrim.

Key Banner Mesh and Blockout meet NFPA 701 and are fire retardant. Both can be used indoors and out and are printable with solvent and UV inks.
