New Jersey-based CCG Marketing Solutions recently received its Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA) Fulfillment Accreditation.
It is the 11th fulfillment company nationwide to be accredited, joining TFC, FPMSI, Fulfillment Concepts, Marketing Support Services, SGI, Great Lakes Direct, Mossberg & Co., Complemar Packaging & Fulfillment, and W.A. Wilde.
“This accreditation not only sets us apart from our competitors, but also underscores CCG’s commitment to hold ourselves to a higher standard while consistently delivering our clients’ fulfillment and marketing support solutions,” said CCG CFO Steve Pinkin.
In April 2007, MFSA unveiled the industry’s first fulfillment accreditation program following years of research and development.
Accredited companies must complete a comprehensive application seeking documentation in 11 critical general operational areas and be subject to an audit of their operations in 14 technical and operational areas such as receiving and put-away, order picking, order packing, hand assembly, returns, reporting, etc. Overall the accreditation program has 168 criteria to examine. Applicants must pass all the required elements (55) and 75 percent of the supplemental elements (113).
