Print Art Offers Employees Cash Rewards

An innovative incentive program at Print Art Inc., Egg Harbor Twp., N.J., will recognize employee achievements with instant cash rewards. The Above and Beyond Print Art Employee Program awards gift cards for outstanding performance.

A second program rewards full-time employees with a cash-based incentive for perfect attendance. Employees will receive a bonus per quarter if they do not call out. Those employees who maintain a perfect attendance record throughout the calendar year will receive an additional bonus.
