Attendees will find nine special- interest sections on the show floor, including the 2011 debut of the Marketing Pavilion offering education, resources and networking opportunities for today’s marketers and marketing services providers. The News Print Pavilion is back by attendee demand for a second year at GRAPH EXPO. This year’s PackPrint pavilion, covering package printing and converting, also features Future Print, for information on today’s newest and emerging technologies. Still the largest anywhere in the Americas, the Mailing & Fulfillment Center returns, in addition to the third annual GREENspace, a showcase dedicated to sustainability and eco-friendly products and services. Cornerstones of the show, the Prepress/Software/Workflow and Press/Finishing sections, spotlight the hottest technologies and unique new applications. And for attendees seeking well-educated, talented industry newcomers to augment their company’s workforce, Education Main Street awaits.

The expansive show floor features an impressive “who’s who” roster of leading manufacturers and suppliers, many of whom are showcasing newly released technologies and services for the first time anywhere for attendees to see, touch, and compare.

GRAPH EXPO, which has evolved from a mammoth press offset show to encompass digital and hybrid printing, now offers more for print professionals in digital document applications than any other graphic communications exhibition in the Americas.

The Marketing Pavilion – a 2011 show debut

GRAPH EXPO 2011 marks the debut of a brand new special-interest area—the Marketing Pavilion. Sponsored by the Chicago chapter of the American Marketing Association, this section is dedicated to marketing professionals, marketing service providers, and those who want to learn more about how to diversify and expand their service offerings. Exhibits are packed with innovative marketing and graphic communications tools and technologies. Stop by the Marketers’ Lounge, which features a series of educational workshops with CMOs, plus presentations on successful cross-media print integrated campaigns.

 

News Print—The Newspaper Pavilion

News Print—The Newspaper Pavilion at GRAPH EXPO 2011 is here to stay as the home for today’s newspaper publishing industry. This 9,000-sq.ft. section is devoted to the needs of newspaper publishers and printers to provide technology, information, and also guidance on ways for them to cut costs, boost profits, and make informed buying decisions. News Print features hybrid production equipment, digital and offset presses, CtP, workflow software, UV and heatset technology, and postpress and mailroom equipment.

 

PackPrint/ Future Print

PackPrint returns to GRAPH EXPO 2011, boasting exhibits and education for every segment of package printing and converting. Within PackPrint, the Future Print learning center offers forward thinking attendees a window into the future. With the AIMCAL booth’s “Ask the Expert” giving attendees free direction on the best ways to expand into package printing, and the co-location of GAA at GRAPH EXPO this year, there’s a prime opportunity to learn about the huge role that gravure will play—due to the high ink density produced through this printing method—in printed electronics.

Mailing & Fulfillment Center

In its eighth year at GRAPH EXO, the Mailing & Fulfillment Center is a show-within-a-show: the largest industry mailing event in the Americas. Here attendees can see and explore all of the latest technology for folding, labeling, slitting, sorting, inserting, stamping, sealing, measuring, weighing, addressing, bar coding, data processing, bundling, packing, palletizing, warehousing, or sending direct mail packages or products.

 

GREENspace

GREENspace, sponsored by Graphic Design USA, is back at GRAPH EXPO for a third consecutive year, responding to the industry demand for a specialized show floor feature dedicated exclusively to eco-friendly products and services focused on sustainability. The multi-faceted GREENspace offers free education, complimentary one-on-one consulting with sustainability experts, and access to products and services.

 

Prepress/Software/Workflow

GRAPH EXPO’s Prepress/Software/Workflow section is where it all begins. Here attendees will see and test drive all of the hottest new software, workflow, design and graphic communications products, and prepress equipment necessary for success.

 

Press/Finishing

The dynamic and expanisve Press/Finishing section at GRAPH EXPO 2011 is a one-stop destination where attendees will find the newest array of sheetfed offset and digital presses and finishing innovations.
