Just Do It!

To go back to my football analogy, while the huddle is the key to scheduling the winning play, it will not produce success unless the team has been trained on their duties in the execution of the play and every member of the team is prepared to work together. The preseason training and exhibition games are used to hone individual skills, but are even more focused on teamwork.

As a printing company owner, you don’t have the luxury of exhibition games that don’t count for the record. Every time you have to complete an order, it counts and you will be scored by your customer. Make every order a winner. If your team is on board with you, then you will have the flexibility to handle every customer need.
