Today, Print Buyers International (PBI) is presenting its annual Print Buyer Boot Camp, created for professionals who work with commercial printers. The unique curriculum, developed by PBI’s founder, Margie Dana, and industry expert Frank Romano, helps provide new print buyers, print designers, and marketers—as well as new sales and service reps—with vital information and insights that they can put to use immediately. In addition to Dana and Romano, industry expert Steve Suffoletto is presenting several sessions.
The curriculum covers not only the major printing processes, paper issues, industry terminology, and current trends, but it also educates attendees about how best to work with printers. Attendees learn the importance of sourcing print professionally, discover the difference between digital and offset printing processes, and are given an overview of the industry.
