Vision 3 Summit 2012

The National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL), The Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing and Converting Technologies (NPES), and Printing Industries of America have joined forces to co-sponsor the second annual Vision 3 Summit, slated for February 19-22, 2012 at the Marco Island Marriott in Marco Island, FL. This year’s event, themed “Focus Your Vision on Transformation and Growth,” will provide a single authoritative conference designed to address the needs of company owners and executives. The Vision 3 Summit centers around a problem solving approach to critical management issues specific to leaders in the graphic communications industry. Registration is now open online. First Integrated Print Forum Held

The first Integrated Print Forum, held at Printing Industries of America’s headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, proved to be an innovative and successful new program for the printing industry. Attendees were able to experience cutting-edge techniques demonstrated in the lab that can propel customers’ campaigns to the next level and bring in new business. Sessions focusing on social media, mobile apps and websites, augmented reality, new business strategies, and dynamic printing fleshed out this inaugural program.

BIA 2012 Product of Excellence Awards

Entries are now being accepted for the Binding Industries Association (BIA) 2012 Product of Excellence Awards. This contest recognizes outstanding craftsmanship in the binding, graphic finishing, and custom loose-leaf manufacturing industry.
