The easier you make it for people to do business with you, the more likely they will give you more business.

Most importantly, please remember that people still love doing business with people. Create personal touches. When you receive an online order, especially from new clients, pick up the phone and assure them that it came through just fine, compliment them on their choice of design, and confirm the delivery date and time. Talk time and face time with clients are vital to building customer loyalty and future business.
