Diversified Graphic Machinery is showcasing its exclusive, Foildex in-line cold foil system, Cast and Cure holographic effect system, hot foil stamping, die-cutting technologies, and complete lineup of print enhancement capabilities in Booth 2257 at GRAPH EXPO.

Serving the U.S. market since 2000, Diversified Graphic Machinery expanded into Europe with the establishment of a manufacturing facility in Torino, Italy. The Torino factory will be used to manufacture Foildex Cold Foil systems as well as Filmdex UV Cast and Cure systems and will allow DGM to better serve global packaging market, according to DeBard.

DGM cold foil system

UV cast and cure technology

The Cast and Cure holographic effect, exclusively available from DGM is achieved with a lithographic process utilizing UV technology and a nano-embossing casting film with a controlled system.

Cast and Cure is a sustainable manufacturing process in which the Cast and Cure film is fully recyclable. The Cast and Cure effect is created using a recyclable UV coating or UV varnish and does not emit any harmful VOC’s. Cast and Cure also reduces your overall carbon footprint.
