Kirk-Rudy (Booth 4603) will be adding several new systems this year to the KolorJet C500 high-speed color inkjet print system.

Expect more buzz around the booth with the addition of the KR Phoenix Inkjet Print System, Kirk-Rudy’s latest innovation in high-speed drop-on-demand variable data inkjet printing. The Phoenix, with UV curable inks offered at low cost with standard bulk supply, meets the increasing and rigorous demands for printing variable addresses, graphics, dates, times, barcodes, serial numbers, and text on coated and uncoated substrates.

Kirk-Rudy will also show its latest innovation in envelope converting with the KR738. This system will save time and money by converting your flat product into a mail-ready envelope complete with inserts and printing capabilities, including full-color, all in the same pass.

The last new system added to the show this year is the KR687 Magnetic Stripe Encoder, a high volume magnetic stripe encoding and verification system designed to integrate with all Kirk-Rudy feeders, bases, and turnovers. The system features Kirk-Rudy’s renowned XMatch software that will track products for up and downstream cameras and print applications. The system supports a variety of card stocks, enabling it to run jobs at speeds up to 30,000 cards per hour. The KR687 can also be configured for non-CR80 card applications such as gift cards.
