The Printerverse is Out of this World

Attendees at GRAPH EXPO 2012 were blown away by the Printerverse. As the attraction, sponsored by PrintMediaCentr (PMC), returns to PRINT 13 attendees can make a hyperspace jump to Booth 5440 and find themselves light years ahead of their earthbound competitors. The Printerverse is an educational and networking haven for printers, integrated marketers, print and digital producers, print and media buyers, designers, creatives, agencies—and anyone interested in today’s evolution of print. It features a variety of ways to interact with print, including some of the latest innovative technologies and applications, and encompasses a multimedia approach.

Attendees can make the Printerverse their satellite hub to meet, tweet, learn, share, interact, and explore together with their peers the latest innovations and applications that are driving the industry forward in exciting new directions.

Mary Beth Smith hosts a panel of industry pros gathered to help printers market themselves in the rapidly changing marketing landscape.

  • 12:00 - 12:45 pm: Making Big Decisions: Will “Doing Nothing” Destroy Your Business?

PMC and Danny Maloney from The Global Channel Partners Summit will offer a Lunch & Learn with industry finance guru Rock LaManna. Faced with big decisions, many business owners opt for the status quo. “Doing nothing” can work, but it can also be disastrous. LaManna explains what factors to consider when faced with a tough call. After the luncheon comes The Global Channel Partners Summit in Booth 4884 where Rock will be doing free consultations for attendees.

  • 1:00 - 2:30 pm: Meet The Printerverse Alliance!

Partners at PRINT 13 have been strategically tapped in order to bring attendees ideas and information on how to stay relevant and profitable in our multi-channel world. These short presentations from each partner will provide a brief overview of useful products and services to add to the mix, and an open discussion forum for Q&A. Participants will rotate throughout the show, so attendees can follow PMC and the entire Alliance on Twitter, #print13, and Printerverse social channels for updates.

  • 3:00 – 4:00 pm: Case Study Cafe with Xerox and Fastbind

Now more than ever, printers are in need of affordable and relevant services to grow their revenue. Attendees can participate in an an afternoon coffee break, and hear from Xerox and Fastbind on how they have partnered to help printers create new opportunities and new customers bases with digital print and photo publishing.
