Chicago-based Frank O. Carlson & Co., Inc. has purchased the HP Latex 3000 Printer shown in HP booth 1241. Established in 1894, the company is a full-service sign and display graphics provider, specializing in on-demand, one-of-a-kind pieces. The new printer will expand its ability to quickly deliver a wide variety of applications, while keeping the environment in mind.

Making its US debut at PRINT 13, the HP Latex 3000 Printer allows a broader range of sign and display customers to shift pages from traditional solvent and UV-curable technologies to HP Latex Printing Technologies. With the new HP Latex Optimizer, the printer offers broader media versatility and ensures consistent image quality at high speeds as well as efficient curing at lower temperatures and with less energy than previous HP Latex solutions. The printer’s increased production capacity lets high-volume customers meet tight deadlines, producing 830 sqft/hr of indoor applications and 1,290 sqft/hr) of outdoor applications.
