Advanced Greig Laminators, Inc. (AGL) (Booth 647) will be spotlighting its “Flag Ship” 6400 laminator at this year’s event. This laminator will be equipped with auxiliary equipment geared toward high volume production houses who are laminating solvent inkjet printed graphics for vehicle wrap applications. In addition to the industries only pneumatically controlled film tension systems and legendary nip roll design, this unit will be equipped with inflatable airshaft assemblies for quick and efficient loading of rolls of material, in-line rotary trimmer assemblies to eliminate post trimming of graphics after lamination, and a speed upgrade to maximize throughput during the laminating process. AGL will also be feature an Encore SH laminator. This unit will be equipped with their proprietary RTS (repeatable tensioning system) system, easy web infeed table system, and rear finished product rewind assembly. The Encore SH is AGL’s most popular model sold into the wide format vehicle wrap finishing industry.

Cover-Rite PP1G Dry-Erase overlaminate is a pressure-sensitive, non-treated 1 mil polypropylene film, with excellent write-on and write-off characteristics. It can be used for variety of applications such as promotional labels, office/ hospital whiteboards, and coupons. It's 1.0 mil clear gloss finish, permanent acrylic adhesive, and low cost make it an ideal choice for your dry erase needs.

Advanced Greig Laminators Inc (AGL) has announced a 40 inch laminator for the foil industry. This laminator features a 24 inch product unwind, and an 18.0 inch adhesive unwind that both features an Accuweb Micro 1000 electronic web guide control system. The Wide Array edge detectors with remote guide point adjustment allow an operator to quickly line up the upper adhesive to the lower foil, allowing for perfect alignment into the nip.

This product line includes fourteen new materials utilizing solvent inkjet technology. The products range from a premium seven year outdoor cast vinyl to a three to five year outdoor durable flexible calendared vinyl. Choose from a matte or gloss finish. There are three adhesive categories that range from permanent, removable and ultra-removable. Block-out adhesives allow for the repeatable use of rigid substrates. Typical applications include: POP displays, trade show displays, outdoor signage and banners.
