Arlon Graphics (Booth 3069) featured several new digital removable and wall wrap films for interior and exterior use at SGIA 2012. The removable products include DPF 4300, DPF 206 and DPF 50WD Clear and White. In addition to these new products, Arlon had daily vehicle wrap demos using DPF 6000XRP and wall wrap demos using Arlon's exterior wall graphic films featuring DPF 8000 and DPF 6700 going on throughout the show.

DPF 4560GTX and DPF 4500GX

Arlon has announced the launch of the New and Improved DPF 4560GTX and the all new DPF 4500GX. Arlon’s New and Improved DPF 4560GTX is a 3-mil (75 Micron) calendered film with a new brighter white finish and a light grey tinted air egress adhesive. The new improved adhesive is specially designed for opacity to directly cover existing graphics or dark substrates while removing cleanly up to two years. DPF 4560GTX is very easy to install which makes it great for a wide variety of applications including fleet and vehicle decals and POP displays. The New DPF 4500GX is a 3-mil (75 micron) bright white calendered film with clear bubble releasing permanent air egress adhesive. The high quality yet economical film is a low cost solution that combines vibrant prints with the ease of application for short and medium term graphics.

DPF 204 & Series 3520

Arlon Graphics has announced the launch of two new Polyolefin Eco-Friendly products. Arlon's DPF 204 is a 4-mil (100 Micron) flexible white eco-friendly polyolefin film with a high tack removable adhesive. This film was designed to offer a more opaque greener option for interior and exterior POP applications. The high tack adhesive system offers an initial repositionability to allow for an easier installer friendly application, while maintaining a strong bond to multiple substrates such as painted walls. DPF 204 is available in 54-inch by 50 yard rolls.

Software Color Palettes for Cut Graphics Product Lines

Arlon has announced the availability of downloadable color palettes for Series 2100 Opaque Cast Vinyl and Series 2500 Translucent Cast Vinyl Film. The palettes for these products lines are downloadable and available on the Arlon website for the following software programs: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Corel Draw, Flexi and SignLab. These palettes will help designers be able to show the Arlon Vinyl colors they are using for their signage designs on screen and before going to production.

DPF 4300

Arlon has launched DPF 4300, a 3.4-mil (86 micron) opaque matte white calendered film with removable adhesive. The film is a multi-purpose clean removable film for an easy on & easy off application. It offers flexibility as well as high opacity for covering previous graphics up to three layers. DPF 4300 also provides good resistance to scuffing, tearing, and abrasion to help protect your graphics. DPF 4300 is offered in 54-inch-wide rolls by 50 yards.

DPF 6700

DPF 6700 is a 2-mil Cast highly conformable film with aggressive permanent adhesive. The film is designed to stick to “hard-to-stick”, highly textured masonry surfaces such as brick, stucco and concrete.

DPF 50WD Clear
