Harty was developed by Hartman for use where superior foamboard strength is necessary. Long-range durability and the benefits of a heavier fiber board are combined in Harty. This rigid foam centered board can be worked with standard or power tools. Also available in 48" X 96" matte black panels (Total Black Harty).

Hartman's Heat Activated is available in 3/16" and 1/8" thick. HartAct™ is designed for use with heated mounting presses and heated rollers. The coated side is dry and tack-free, for easy, permanent mounting. The boards are packaged 25/35 sheets per carton. Each carton of HartAct™ includes interleaving sheets, eliminating the need for dry mount tissue and extra labor. Mount prints, posters, artwork and photographs (except resin coated photos).

Hartman's acid free foam centered boards are available in white, HartLite and Total Black. The boards are recommended for conservation conscious picture framers. Both HartLite and Total Black are safe for direct contact with artwork, photographs and news clippings. HartLite is essentially lignin-free.
