The NSF Elite Foil Press from Therm-O-Type (Booth 4427) has the ability to imprint/die-cut up to eight positions down the length of each sheet. This allows a single die and makeready to be used when processing multiple up sheets through the press. Using this feature, tooling cost and makeready/set up time are dramatically reduced. This is extremely important when running very small quantity jobs that have been printed multiple up on digital printers.

THERM-O-TYPE (Booth 4844) has introduced a new product called "Letterpress Ink Foil".
Letterpress printed products are very popular but most printers no longer have traditional letterpress equipment that can print with ink. Even printers who have this equipment are often frustrated by low production speed, time consuming hand wash up when changing colors, ink drying issues, finding spare parts and trained operators, and the hassle of dealing with inks and solvents.

THERM-O-TYPE (Booth 4844) An optional air feeder is now available for the Zip-A3E and Zip-TS1 cutter/slitter models.
Since the Zip-A3E and Zip-TS1 were introduced, customer requirements have changed. Many customers are now producing a much larger volume of small quantity orders. Stock requirements have also changed with more work being produced on thicker, and often, coated stocks. To meet customer requirements, THERM-O-TYPE developed the Zip Air Feeder.

The NSF A3Pro satisfies the requirement for a high-speed press similar to the NSF A3+, but with a larger impression area and higher impression pressure.
