The Diamond 48 MAX+ is a four-around, six-across commercial web press in the 48-page format. Designed for high-pagination printing, the Diamond 48 MAX+ targets short- to medium-run catalog and publication markets. It is an ideal machine for delivering high-speed, high-quality production of magazines, digests, books and telephone directories.
With its 32-page signature format, the Diamond 32 MAX+ commercial web press is well suited for short- to medium-run book and catalog manufacturing and related markets. The four-around, four-across press offers a maximum web width of 38 inches and an operational design speed up to 2,500 feet per minute.
The Diamond 16 MAX+ is aimed at printing operations that print magazines, pamphlets, specialty publications and newspaper advertising inserts. It produces 16-page signatures at speeds up to 1,800 feet per minute. Designed for short makereadies and low paper waste, the Diamond 16 MAX+ is available with a number of automated features up to and including full automation.
The Diamond 8 press is ideal for first-time web press buyers or existing narrow-web users looking to expand their printing capabilities. Efficient for both short runs and medium runs, the Diamond 8 produces an array of products, including eight-page signatures in long-grain format (12-page optional). The dot reproduction rivals that of sheetfed presses, affording quality-conscious lithographers an alternative to perfected sheetfed operation.
