By utilizing a well known textile printing process called sublimation, BPG has now brought together the highest quality components from all over the world to deliver a system of digital sublimation printing.
The Synergy process is completely comprehensive. Synergy gets you to your wide format digital printer with RIP software, powered by ErgoSoft. Partnering with ErgoSoft has allowed BPG to bring the functionality of Poster Print to our customers.
After a significant amount of research and testing, the Synergy process also brings high quality transfer paper to meet the specific needs of each customer. From textile to hard goods, Synergy has the paper that will bring the highest yield and truest color transfer.
BPG has partnered with Kiwa to bring to the market the newest KiwaJet ES2 ink, being fully licensed by Sawgrass for sales in the US. Manufactured by a true chemical company, Kiwa produces the raw material instead of procuring from an outside source, which guarantees color consistency and performance. Again, taking steps to separate from the herd, the ink is secured in a vacuum sealed foil bag, as opposed to messy bottle system, to eliminate all air contact. After flowing through the completely clean and uninterrupted bulk delivery system, the ink makes its way to the substrate.

Beyond the printer is really where the Synergy process comes alive. BPG has brought together a collection of products that simply is unmatched. Starting with self adhesive sublimation films, these films are outdoor durable for 3-5 years, without any lamination. The variety of films covers all design possibilities and needs. From clear to white base, backlit to retro-reflective, these films open up the finished product opportunity to any discerning designer, architect or manufacturing company.
The Synergy process also brings to the market a collection of proprietary hard goods. Starting with commercial grade linoleum flooring ready for sublimation: This product can be decorated and laid seamlessly to give a unified image across a large surface. Also available are a variety of metals ready for imaging and post print forming. These metals can be printed and embossed, punched, drilled and formed, all without distorting the image. Truly opening up a decorating world to companies fabricating metal products.
To finish the decoration process of these goods the Synergy process utilizes a world-wide, patent protected heat fixation unit. Japanese engineering at its finest, this heat fixation unit submerges any other heat press on the market. Others have tried to duplicate is precision and accuracy, but to no avail. Combining highly accurate heat plates (variation less than 2 degrees), silicone seal, and vacuum energy, this sublimation atmosphere is unlike any out there. With this careful technology, the sublimation media is guaranteed to produce great results.
