With micrometric die wear compensation adjustment these systems allow an unparalleled service life. Twin Spider Automated Robotic Stacking System

Schober introduces the high velocity Twin Spider Automated Robotic stacking system for their RSM Rotary Die Cutting Machines. Specifically designed for precise stacking and counting of products up to 40" in length (1000 mm), this new delivery technology is ideal for IML and other labels as well as nested product configurations and different profile jobs that have been ganged together into one print repeat. The Twin Spider Robotic system is used in line with the proven Schober RSM rotary die cutting technology. Speeds of up to 195 f/min (60 m/min) are attainable with a maximum cycle rate of 50 cycles per minute.

Schober will feature their la test innovation at in Hall 11, Stand C06 at DRUPA – SHEETLINE rotary sheet fed converting technology. The converting station is equipped with vacuum controlled rotary tools and a unique gripper sheet guiding system to ensure high-precision finishing of pre-printed sheets. The SHEETLINE is designed for a sheet size of 42 x 30 inches (106 x 76 cm) and a film thickness starting at 50μ.
