Sapna Budev is the director of industry programs for the International Sign Association. Since joining ISA in 2005, Budev has directed the association’s international growth and tradeshow operations. In 2009, Budev took on responsibility for the association’s sustainability strategy, along with managing the architectural and digital imaging sectors of ISA’s membership. She works closely with US regulatory and code-making agencies, such as the EPA, the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program, the International Code Council, and many others. She has published numerous articles on the global sign industry, international commerce, and sustainability. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Political Science from Miami University, and has worked in business development for over fifteen years with top technology companies and associations, such as Compaq Computers, Hewlett-Packard, Trilogy Software, and RosettaNet.
