An experienced small business manager prior to joining Quick Printing in 1989, Karen compiles and interprets QP’s Annual Top 100 and Annual Franchise Review. She has spent more than 20 years writing feature articles for the Cygnus Graphics Media Group, with special emphasis on the quick and small commercial printing markets. She received the NAQP Industry Award of Distinction in 1999.
