Pat Veverica, Principal
Principal Pat Veverica brings over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Channel Management. She has expertise with several vertical markets: printing, manufacturing, technology providers and professional services firms. Most recently, Pat was an independent Associate for Raine Consulting for 10 years, helping both new and mature businesses set strategies to improve performance and growth. Prior to that, she was with RR Donnelley and several technology companies, including various start-ups.

Pat brings an experienced perspective to her clients on productization, value differentiation, and product positioning. She has worked with B2B clients to define business and product strategy, sales and marketing strategy and development of new business plans. Pat's Marketing expertise includes product value differentiation, designing marketing programs, writing sales collateral, and writing business plans and presentations for start-ups. She has also developed and managed several Channel programs, and has vast understanding of the agreements, sales models and price metrics that such reseller models require.

To help her clients leverage their human assets, Ms. Veverica is certified to deliver several sales and customer service training programs, and is an engaging and seasoned facilitator.
