Steve Hoyle began working at the first Signs By Tomorrow company-owned store in 1989 while completing a degree in Advertising and Design at the University of Maryland. During his time with the company, he has gained more than 20 years experience in training.

He is the lead designer credited with logo development and national branding efforts. Hoyle has developed and refined an extensive training program for both Franchisees and center managers. His expertise in training and store openings has contributed to the success of more than 150 centers.

Hoyle was also an Assistant Manager for two company-owned stores (1989-1991), Store Manager (1991-1993), Assistant Training Manager (1991-1995) and Director of Training (1995-2011).
