The world has changed for print companies due in large part to the global economy, green initiatives, the role of the internet, as well as regulatory requirements. As a result, the world has become a frustrating place for customers, specifically concerning matters of the internet. Now, customers have to integrate and prioritize websites, often opting out of emails and ending brand relationships due to irrelevance.

The solution is to put customers back in control by giving them more relevant and precise data. By using InfoPrint’s integrated marketing strategy, known as Precision Marketing, fewer yet more meaningful, targeting messages and promotion are sent to loyal customers. This solution uses data to get the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right channel, customer control is restored.

Overall, this session will address the different ways to define a campaign strategy and the various ways to tweak and re-test customer responses for future success. In addition, the session will analyze and review the diverse data options available to customers.
