As customer communications continue to evolve output providers will need to find new ways to dive up stream into workflows and business processes to add value. Organizing and tracking inbound and outbound information and the ability to quickly assemble and deliver personalized communications over multiple channels is increasingly becoming a requirement. Business Intelligence, dashboards, detailed reporting and department level control will give companies the information and tools they need to insightfully communicate internally and with their customers. In this session we will examine the life cycle of information from raw data to insightful action and how we can achieve Knowledge Management.

Mulcahy began his career as an Account Executive for Wallace Computer Services where he was responsible for deploying print management programs and web to print applications. Mulcahy holds BA in English from the University of Iowa and lives in Saint Charles Illinois with his wife, Heather, and two children, Finn and Maeve.
