Organizing and tracking inbound and outbound information and the ability to quickly assemble and deliver personalized communications over multiple channels is increasingly becoming a requirement. Business Intelligence, dashboards, detailed reporting and department level control will give companies the information and tools they need to insightfully communicate internally and with their customers. In this session we will examine the life cycle of information from raw data to insightful action and how we can achieve Knowledge Management.

Mike is responsible for consulting clients on SolvEdge products Digital-CCP and Customer Bill Pay. By gaining a deep understanding of business processes and workflows Mulcahy deploys products that help companies transform to increase benefits & flexibility while reducing cost & risk. Mulcahy began his career as an Account Executive for Wallace Computer Services where he was responsible for deploying print management programs and web to print applications. Mulcahy holds BA in English from the University of Iowa and lives in Saint Charles Illinois with his wife, Heather, and two children, Finn and Maeve.
