Rob Williams has been involved in the document management industry for 30 years, providing management and consulting to clients in records, mail, presort, print and facility management. He also holds a U.S. patent related to bar-coding documents which has been used to sort and chargeback incoming mail. Williams is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and serves on several industry boards of directors, both local and national. He holds the Executive Mail Center Management (EMCM), Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM), and Mailpiece Design Consultant (MDC) certifications.
