Industrial Inkjet Ltd is opening a new "Demo Center for the Americas" in Las Vegas, NV and has agreed to host a Grand Opening Tour and Reception in conjunction with Information Management Institute, Inc.'s (IMI) 20th Annual Ink Jet Printing Conference. The event will be held on February 2nd, 2011 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at 6213 Dean Martin Drive. Transportation will be provided from the Tropicana Hotel where the IMI Inkjet Conference is being held.
The company's Americas office, print demonstration and training center, will be directed by Ed Garcia, Technical Support Manager. The Demo Center will feature an Industrial Inkjet ColourPrint 142, using Konica Minolta KM1024 printheads, mounted to a single-pass, continuous feed transport with UV curing station. Other printing capabilities will include a XY unit, conveyor for rigid substrates and jetting rig for printhead/ink reliability testing.
"The center will allow our customers to gain hands-on experience of Konica Minolta printheads, as well as our ColorPrint single-pass inkjet systems. It will be available for trial and print-sample work as well as for in-depth customer training," said Ed Garcia. The center is located close to McCarran International Airport, with direct flights to much of North and South America.
The company will participate in the IMI conference with a presentation by John Corrall, Managing Director, "Asymmetrical Resolution in Single-Pass Inkjet Printing." IMI conference programs are designed to enable attendees to obtain the latest digital printing technical, market and application information while allowing time to network with other attendees in a time and cost efficient manner.
