Heidelberg USA and Unisource Worldwide recently completed the rollout of the new Printers Advantage Program throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Midwest regions. The program combines Heidelberg's print media products, service and expertise with the paper and logistics knowledge of the Unisource organization for the benefit of printers in the United States. Total nationwide coverage will be available following the completion of subsequent rollouts on the West Coast and in the Southwest by the end of the current quarter.
As the program expands across the US, printers are discovering the true benefits of the Printers Advantage program: One Team. This gives them the confidence to produce the high-quality products that our customers demand," said Jay Byars, president and founder of Brandon's Printing, a 25-year-old commercial shop in metropolitan Atlanta. "We can all sleep well at night, because we're confident that all the supplies we need will arrive the next day, on the same truck."
"The relationship between equipment, consumables and paper has a direct impact on all aspects of quality, performance, reliability and consistency, not to mention the economics of the printing process and the final printed product," said J.F. Colpron, vice president, Prinect and Consumables Product Management. "Heidelberg's Printers Advantage Program does just what the name says: provides printers with the resources they need to run their businesses more efficiently and profitably."
