MMI Solutions is offering its automated marketing and sales CRM software (SaaS) The MMI Edge, as a managed service product to printers.
“We have found that printers are losing “high value” opportunities involving data compilation and campaigns with on going VDP print and automated electronic touch points,” says Steven Amiel, President of MMI Solutions.
Despite having printing and purl technologies, they do not have data and programming experience to automate, analyze, resend and contour content based on prospect interactions.
