Brausse by PressAccess (an exclusive partnership between manufacturer Brausse and supplier AccessGroup) has announced the sale and installation of a 40” Brausse 1050 SE Diecutter with Stripping capabilities at Gutenberg’s Letterpress in Marietta, Ga.
Clyde Tillman, President of PressAccess said, “By offering the Brausse line of new equipment, we are able to help printers affordably expand their finishing operations. The installation at Gutenberg’s Letterpress provides a perfect example of how the Brausse by PressAccess equipment allows a company to grow strategically and operationally, by meeting their customers’ needs.”
Beau Carriere, President of Gutenberg’s Letterpress echoed that sentiment. “The new equipment has cut our make-ready times in half, provided us with the ability to make quicker turns, offer better pricing, meet our customers’ requests, and has doubled our capacity. We’re bringing in more work, we’re running two full shifts, and planning to be up to three full shifts in the near future.”
Carriere added, “thanks to the new equipment, we’re also expanding our customer reach by offering services and timelines we couldn’t accommodate in the past.”
As any savvy business owner knows, the integration and success of a new piece of equipment can be critically dependent on the services provided by the equipment supplier. When asked about his experiences with Brausse by PressAccess, Carriere noted that “the installation, support and training went very well and contributed in great part to the rapid growth we’re experiencing.”
With more than 1000 installations and in excess of 850 users in North America, Brausse by PressAccess brings experience and broad expertise to the installation process. Factory trained and certified technicians and trainers are provided to manage the implementation. “Most importantly, those technicians and trainers assist with the transition so that business owners and their teams can maximize return on investment as quickly as possible. Gutenberg’s Letterpress is just one of hundreds of examples of this process,” said Tillman.
