DocuSource of NC, a Triangle-based integrated marketing solutions provider, continues its support of Summit House with sponsorship of the April 30 CocoaVin fundraising event. DocuSource has been an advocate of Summit House for more than a decade. In addition to financial support, the company provides in-kind printing and mentoring services as part of its outreach in support of women's issues.
"DocuSource has been a great partner to Summit House and many organizations throughout the Triangle," said Denna Weston, CocoaVin organizer. "The DocuSource team continues to commit its time and resources to improving the lives of area residents."
CocoaVin is being held at Artspace in downtown Raleigh from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy an evening of wine, chocolate, art, live music and a silent auction to benefit the families supported by Summit House. The nonprofit strives to keep families together by empowering mothers to break the multigenerational cycle of poverty, violence and substance abuse. Additional event information is available at www.summithouse.org/events.html. Limited tickets are still available.
"Summit House addresses issues that we are passionate about," said Kathy Murchison, DocuSource president and CEO. "We are proud of the relationship we've built with them during the past 10 years and look forward to continuing our support."
DocuSource consistently donates its time, services and funds to help improve the quality of life for Triangle residents. In addition to its support of Summit House, the company has supported more than 20 organizations, including Girls on the Run, Be Active North Carolina, Boys and Girls Club of Wake County, Meals on Wheels, SPCA, Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, the Women's Center of Wake County and the Raleigh and Durham Rescue Missions.
