SGIA Expo Keynoter Ties Together Politics & Business for the Imaging Community

Business management columnist and best-selling author Gene Marks will close the gaps between the economy, politics and small business issues during the Keynote Breakfast at the 2011 SGIA Expo (New Orleans, October 20).

In his session, "Politics, the Economy and the Specialty Imaging Industry — How Today's Current Events Impact Tomorrow's Profits," Marks will motivate attendees to think about their business and how to take advantage of the current and future political and economical climate.

"Things aren't great. But there's plenty of good news out there and business owners know it," said Marks. "When that next big idea hits, new industries will be created, and new markets will rise and thousands of business owners will benefit."

As a business management columnist, author, speaker and business owner, Marks writes a weekly column for The New York Times and Forbes. He also is a CPA and regular guest on national radio and TV talk shows including CNBC, FOX News, Fox Business Channel, and MSNBC.
