Consolidated Printing Selected to Produce Materials for 2011 Chicago Inaugural Celebration
Green printer helps ring in era of new mayor, Rahm Emanuel.
Chicago Together, the Chicago 2011 Inaugural Committee, selected Consolidated Printing to produce the invitation and additional materials celebrating the inauguration of Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Treasurer Stephanie Neely, City Clerk Susana Mendoza and members of the Chicago City Council.
Based in the Norwood Park neighborhood on Chicago's Northwest side, Consolidated has long been considered the leader in eco-friendly printing, industry wide throughout the United States. Consolidated has been recognized by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency as the first printer in the state to voluntarily reduce pollution and toxins. The Inauguration was held on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 10:30 am at the Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago's Millennium Park.
