Henry Fry has named Michael T. Lukas to be his successor as Chief Executive Officer of Fry Communications, Inc. Mr. Fry also announced that he will assume the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. These changes will become official on June 6, 2011.
Lukas has been with Fry for 25 years, serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the past three and a half years. All divisions and departments of the company will report to him.

Lukas holds a BS in Business Administration from Penn State University, and has been a licensed Certified Management Accountant and member of the Institute of Management Accountants for over 25 years.
As Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fry Communications, Inc., Mr. Fry will maintain his involvement in the overall direction of the company, with a focus on special initiatives.
