Quark Hosts Pubs-XML User Group Meeting

On Wednesday, June 22, Quark Inc. will host a Quark XML Author and Pubs-XML user group meeting in the Washington D.C. area. Featured guest Marie Rundquist, government contractor for the Department of Energy (DOE) and president of North Fork Technical Solutions, will share her best practices for “Writing for Discoverability.”
The event is for members of the intelligence community responsible for creating content for classification, declassification, handling, and dissemination. Quark will provide an overview of Pubs-XML v5, the XML data encoding specification for intelligence publications, as well as detail Quark’s new commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution that supports Pubs-XML v5 and allows any Microsoft Word user to author content that meets the intelligence community standard (ICS).
