A “pleasingly high level of interest” was received by Intec Printing Solutions at Graph Expo 2011 in Chicago, according to Intec’s International Sales Director, Kerry Button.
Visitors from across the United States descended on the Intec stand at McCormick Place Convention Center to see demonstrations of the unique range of heavy stock colour digital printing systems. “Even Denny Yudyanto from PT Cakrawala, our Intec partner in Malaysia, flew in to meet up with us,” says Mr Button, who was supporting Mike Sparbeck and Todd Tedesco from the newly opened US office alongside Intec founder and MD, Ian Melville.
Mr Button reveals: “We received a great many good quality leads. The short run digital market is seeing exponential growth driven by changes in print purchasing and short-run print technology. Intec is at the forefront of multi-media digital colour printing with a range of highly versatile systems aimed at this market,” he adds.
“Visitors were particularly interested in the HPP500 envelope printing system, which is ideally suited to busy mailing houses and commercial printers wishing to expand their services.”
Mr Button concludes: “It was a particularly good event that enabled us to forge some exciting new relationships and sign up new partners, too.”
