EMR Graphics has chosen to standardize on Kodak Professional UV-Curable Display Film Plus as its wide-format display print media. A long time customer of Eastman Kodak Company, EMR Graphics cited the quality, consistency and durability of the UV-Curable media as reasons for incorporating the media into its workflow. Recent work by EMR on UV-Curable include Jim Dow's stunning exhibit, "EAT," currently on display at New York City's Grand Central Terminal Dining Concourse. Dow's exhibit comprises 20 images of diners, restaurants, food trucks and snack bars from across the United States, captured on an 8x10 view camera with Kodak Professional PORTRA 160 film.
"We were thrilled to print Jim Dow's images on Kodak's new UV-Curable media," said Eric Rosencrantz, CEO of EMR Graphics. "We do extensive printing for high-end retail in the fashion industry and therefore, it's imperative that we create high quality, photographic like prints for our clients. With UV-Curable Media, we know that we'll consistently get those high-end results and do so in a smooth and predictable print workflow environment. As a result, we can offer clients the prints they need, while doing so in a highly productive, cost effective way."
