Marketing, print and graphic communications franchisor Allegra Network recently honored Xerox Corporation, the world’s leading business process and document management company, with the “2010 Supplier of the Year” award
Voted on by the company’s print division franchise members, the award is given annually to a supplier that has growth initiatives to support their businesses, provides strong financial incentives and quick problem-solving avenues, offers leading-edge technologies, resolves customer complaints quickly and fosters strong communication.
“Xerox has been a preferred supplier for more than 10 years,” said Allegra Network Vice President of Technology Tim Wood. “They have implemented many programs for our franchise system including a new customer support group to expedite the handling of our purchase, supplies, service and problem-solving requests.
