Small and medium businesses looking to save money and time are turning to Xerox eConcierge – a cloud-based solution that provides easy and convenient monitoring and replenishment of supplies for networked printers and multifunction printers from Xerox and other vendors.
Easy to use and install, Xerox eConcierge is downloaded as a desktop application onto one or more PCs or Macs. The program automatically discovers compatible devices, checking the toner, ink, waste cartridges and fusers. Users are informed when supplies are needed and an online order is generated, capturing the correct part numbers for the manufacturer’s supplies.
This free service is now available from Xerox’s online store or through a Xerox reseller.
The company also offers an industry exclusive for qualifying customers – a free extended warranty on all Xerox products covered under the program; averaging about $320 per printer, per year.
Businesses across a variety of industries – from real estate and engineering to automotive – are experiencing the benefits of Xerox eConcierge. Citrus Motors, a California-based car dealer, utilizes the program to manage its fleet of color printers, saving more than $1,000 per year on service costs.
