American trade printer 4over expected to begin print production at its new Canadian facility in Mississauga, on Dec. 5. A plant manager has been hired to oversee the Canadian operation.
"Over the past few months, 4over has been quietly assembling a robust Canadian production team, built around the core belief that 4over plants need to be staffed and run by members of the local community," noted the company. "Local resident, Tom Hogan, is the plant manager, and Tom has been kept busy hiring and training new local employees, running print tests and taking care of the hundreds of other details, big and small, that are necessary to make a 4over plant run properly."
Hogan graduated from Niagara College Engineering School, beginning his career as a computer engineering technologist in the print industry, according to 4over.
