Longtime H&B Employee Jennifer Thomas Named Executive Service Coordinator

In order to schedule service for Harris & Bruno International equipment, your new helpful contact is Executive Service Coordinator Jennifer Thomas.

Previous Service Coordinator April Entizne retired after 18 years of dedicated service.

“April will be missed,” Harris & Bruno International President Nick Bruno said. “She was a great team member. Give it to April and it would get done right, even if it meant her volunteering to drive parts to the airport to make sure they got out to the customer. She had a phenomenal sense of customer service with the company at heart. She’ll be missed here.”

Jennifer has been working in Harris & Bruno administration or sales for 13 years. She started out answering phones and had the fortitude to gradually work her way up to being a stable rock in the sales department as the Executive Sales Coordinator.

“With as much stability as she has, Jennifer is the perfect person to take over the Service Coordinator position,” said Jim Riga, Harris & Bruno International Director of Engineering & Service.

Jennifer’s new duties include speaking to customers, scheduling service and organizing travel arrangements for H&B Service Techs.

“I feel lucky to be joining such a great Service Department team,” Jennifer said. “The majority of our Service Techs have worked in their positions for more than a decade. They each have a deep understanding of our equipment, have great communication skills and our customers really like them.”
