INDEXX, a Greenville, SC-based integrated communications company specializing in printing, marketing, publishing, and fulfillment solutions, is proud to announce an expansion of its services in the Columbia market following an assets purchase of Crowson Stone Printing Company.
The purchase consolidates the equipment and offerings of two well-respected, industry-leading businesses and grants Midlands customers the substantial benefits of INDEXX’s robust technology and solid growth. Moreover, the purchase maintains Crowson Stone’s South Carolina ownership and location.
John deLoach, Business Development Manager, sees great opportunity in INDEXX’s significant investment in Crowson Stone. “We will have a strong new financial foundation, which will ensure that our customers continue to enjoy the service, quality, and reliability they’ve come to expect from us. INDEXX brings many new solutions, options, and cost-savings to our customers that will help them grow into the future.”
Jordan Finn, INDEXX owner and president, concurs. “Our acquisition of Crowson Stone consolidates our regional printing and communications capabilities. Not only do we boost the capacity of commercial printing in general, but we also bring INDEXX’s strengths in digital printing, cross media campaigns, fulfillment provisions, and Web-to-Print services to the Midlands. We’re thrilled to build on Crowson Stone’s excellent reputation and further develop the relationships they’ve established. We take very seriously our commitment to quality products delivered on time as promised, and we’re well-prepared to showcase our enhanced services in the Columbia area.”
In recent months, INDEXX was honored as one of Printing Impressions’ Top 400 Commercial Printers in North America for the fourth time, a placement predicated on company revenues. Notably, INDEXX ranks as the largest privately owned commercial printer in South Carolina on the Top 400 list. Additionally, INDEXX was awarded the prestigious Best Workplace in the Americas designation, Best of the Best 2011, which recognizes printing companies that provide superior work environments.
Day-to-day operations at Crowson Stone will continue without interruption as the details of the transfer take place. No layoffs are anticipated.
