Southeastern Products' Rho 800 HS Helps Full-Service Retail Display Firm Deliver Superior Decor for its Clients

Southeastern Products, one of the nation's leading full-service retail display providers, has acquired a Durst Rho 800 HS Continuous Production UV Inkjet Flatbed Printer for fulfillment of a wide variety of display & décor solutions for the more than 150 retail stores it outfits each year.

A family-owned business founded in 1978 in nearby Greenville, Southeastern Products in 2011 consolidated three facilities into a single, modern 124,500-square-foot operations center located in Fountain Inn. The Rho 800HS features Durst's proprietary Quadro Array print head technology and advanced touch-screen workflow software, which helps the printer achieve blazing speed, high efficiency and output versatility, while delivering exceptional image quality. With its continuous board printing system, materials are registered at the leading edge using mechanical front stops. The transport system then positions the next series of boards against the first, ensuring continuous printing without interruption. The Rho 800 HS can print on multiple narrow boards across its 98-inch width, on materials up to 2.75 inches thick, at more than 2,000 sqft/hr.
