WYNIT is partnering with Avery and Onyx to provide hands-on training to professionals looking to enter the competitive vehicle-wrap graphics market on April 12th through April 14th at WYNIT Technical Graphics Division headquarters in Piedmont, SC.
"We are continually looking for creative ways to collaborate with our supplier partners as the leading distributor in the Wide Format Graphics space" says Rick Slagle, executive director of WYNIT's Technical Graphics Division. "Workshops like this give our dealers the expertise they need to succeed as they expand their product and service offerings. We are exceptionally pleased to partner with Avery in hosting this exciting event."
Vehicle wrap advertising continues to be a growing market for wide format graphic dealers, but the technical requirements of designing, creating, and applying these wraps come with a unique set of challenges. This event is designed to provide dealers the required training through the Avery Car Wrap Certification Program.
Led by wrap experts Justin Tate and Todd LaBrie, and utilizing Avery's new top-of-the-line cast vinyl Supreme Wrapping Films, this training will focus on topics ranging from details on the finer elements of vehicle wraps, to pointers on soft-skills such as design and template creation.
For those already experienced in vehicle wraps, an optional hands-on exam is available to certify each installer as having completed the Avery Car Wrap Certification program. This industry-recognized certification also entitles the installer's company to a free listing in Avery's Carwraps.net on-line directory.
Dealers interested in registering for this event can contact their WYNIT Technical Graphics sales representative, send an email to Avery directly at email@example.com or visit the program website at http://na.averygraphics.com/AvGrNA_avery_wrap_school.asp.
