The modern Direct Energy Centre in downtown Toronto once again is the venue for Print World, offering exhibitors and visitors state-of-the-art show amenities.
With high 40-foot ceilings, bright lights, sweeping glass entrance lobby and large expanses of barrier-free space, the Direct Energy Centre is a favorite with exhibitors and visitors alike. Print World occupies Hall A on the west side.
Full loading docks and drive-in ramps with 30-foot doors make move-in and move-out as effortless as possible. A system of floorport service conduits provides access to electrical and telecommunication outlets, water and drain. Columns and perimeter walls contain outlets for compressed air and natural gas.
The facility is also fully wired, with video conferencing, fibre optic, wireless Internet and many other communications capabilities.
Located by Lake Ontario in Exhibition Place, the Direct Energy Centre has easy access to downtown Toronto’s hot spots, perfect for entertaining clients. In addition to hundreds of fine restaurants and the club district, nearby attractions include the CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, Bell Lightbox (home of Toronto International Film Festival), Fort York and Air Canada Centre.
The Centre offers both aboveground and underground parking, and is accessible via two streetcar transit routes.
The Centre is even within walking distance of Toronto Island Airport (Billy Bishop Airport), home of Porter Airlines. Porter is an official Print World carrier (20% discount after May 1), known for its convenient, stylish and low-stress service to many eastern Canadian destinations and also New York (Newark), Boston, Chicago and Washington. Air Canada also flies out of the airport to Montreal.
Pearson International Airport is a short 25-minute cab ride away.
Print World 2012 takes place Nov. 17 -19 at the Direct Energy Centre, the best show facility in Canada.
