Neopost USA, an innovative solutions provider in the postal and related communications industry, and Bell and Howell, a leading provider of solutions and services for paper-based and digital messaging, announced a new partnership. Under the terms of the agreement, Bell and Howell will distribute and provide services and support for Neopost’s folding and inserting technologies.
“The Neopost and Bell and Howell agreement is a win-win-win for everyone involved,” said Neopost USA President and CEO Dennis P. LeStrange. “Both companies have the mutually advantageous opportunity to capitalize on a long-standing complimentary relationship. The real winners, however, are our respective customers. They will benefit from a wider selection of business communications solutions being offered by their vendor of choice.”
“The Neopost technology aligns perfectly with many of our customers’ business models, and allows Bell and Howell to offer the widest range of best-in-class solutions at the lowest cost of ownership,” said Bell and Howell Chief Executive Officer Les Stern. “This partnership expands our flexibility for high-end inserting solutions.”
Bell and Howell and Neopost will collaborate to bring Neopost’s solutions to market as part of Bell and Howell’s new “Sprinter” series of mailing solutions. Sprinter will leverage the best of both companies. The Sprinter platforms, combined with some of Bell and Howell’s innovative technologies, such as JETVision and the IQ Software suite, position Sprinter as a leading industry solution.
